Who we are
School Letters of Recommendation software is product of Paperwork Pros, Inc. We are a veteran-owned, technology company based in Oak Brook, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Founded in 2018, Paperwork Pros is a team of document automation experts that have created truly innovative software for helping with letters of recommendation for college. Our AI-powered, recommendation letter for college software is focused on helping high schools to dramatically reduce the time and stress associated with the creation of letters of recommendation for college by counselors, teachers, coaches, and other staff.
Our Cloud-based School Letters of Recommendation software uses traditional logic and artificial intelligence (AI) to create letter of recommendation draft wording, keeping the letter writer in control. The School Letters of Recommendation product was born from the experiences and observations of our CEO, a father of two teenage daughters and a Board of Trustees member of a high school.

Leadership
Ron Mouw, CEO & Co-Founder
Ron has worked in the software industry for over twenty years. Most notably, Ron co-founded Configure One, Inc., a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software company that he helped lead from 2000 – 2015 into a successful, international business. He has had a keen interest in software ever since he started programming his Commodore 64 in the 80’s. Ron attributes his leadership foundation to his training and experience as a U.S. Army officer. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife of 30 years and two teenage daughters. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Ron enjoys being on the Board of Trustees of a Chicago-area high school.
Chris DiEllo, Executive Vice President
Chris has been involved in the software industry for over twenty-five years. In his first role as an Application Engineer with a 3D CAD software company, Chris learned the key to offering an appropriate solution is to accurately identify and understand the problem. His resulting desire to help people and organizations is the basis for his ongoing journey to improve as a servant-leader. Chris lives in southwest Florida with his wife on a small farm, home to their dogs, horses, and chickens. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. With his mother an English and Spanish teacher and his father his baseball coach, Chris has a special place in his heart for educators and coaches.
